The artist we are talking about is a singer ,songwriter and hip hop dancer.
Rahma was born in Tunis,Tunisia (November 13-1986)
She lives in Italy (Livorno-Toscany) since many years, when she was living in Tunisia (France’s colony),the love for a certain type of music started to grow up with her.
There was mixtapes and cds turning around relatives and friends, everything was about Black Music, R&B, Rap and Soul.
Once she started her life in Italy (1998) she had never stop to cultivate the passion inside of herself,
she went to school of hip hop dance and searched for good singing teachers, until she was ready to start her first exhibitions and performances in front of a public.
By the years she refines her flavors and she keep listen to some artist like: Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Musiq, Lauryn Hill, Bahamadia, Slumvillage, T-love , Common, The Roots, Mary j…
When she was 18 she decided to keep seriously what she loves and she start to think about what the world of the music has to offer her yet.
Everything begins when she moves her first steps into an experience of R&B/Hip Hop project (2006) that brings her to Milano, far from home and family.
In only one year her personality and her professionality grow up because of the travels,the sacrifices,the live concerts, the sessions in studio and all the people she had met for her job.
in that period she met her current collaborator and brother Dj Lil Cut.
with him starts the real job, she compose her first songs availing of producers like The Beat Gym Team, Q-Sin, The Gate Keys Production and her Dj.
She writes her lyrics in English because she loves to think that her music can be heard and understood by so many people all around the world, secondly she never thought that r&b can be done in Italian,and also she thinks that Italian labels won’t treat her music business as she would like to.
So for all those reasons RAHMA and Dj Lil Cut create a foundation called SoulTwentyThree, a music project where they present the R&B sound that in Italy don’t have a clear conception.
Today the STT is looking for good collaborations with producers and mc’s, wishing to have contacts in other cities of the world , for traveling and bringing the good sound there.
She worked and still collaborating with Left Side, an Italian Rapper that had made the Story of Italian Hip Hop with a group called :Next Diffusion (Next One,Left Side,and Maury B).
She lays with him in a track of his album (il mondo dai miei occhi), and shared with him some stages as a Guest.

Rahma has finally released her EP called RAHMA, available on Itunes store: One Light , You & I , Whatever You Want and It’s a New Day, are the beginning 4 tracks she composed in Soul Explosion Studio, with Dj Lil Cut.

She is now composing some new tracks for the new step, that will be recording at BMRecords.
In the last period she knows Dj Filo, who just collaborate with her for helping to bring the good sound out.
So everything has yet to come!!!
